South of England car parts distributor Camberley Auto Factors, which has branches in Midsomer Norton and Chippenham, has today been acquired by larger Northern distributor Andrew Page for an undisclosed sum.
Hampshire-based Camberley has 26 sites in the South, including depots on the Midsomer Enterprise Park and on Bumpers Farm in Chippenham, while Andrew Page, which has its head office in Leeds, operates in the North and Midlands.
Following today’s deal, which is being funded by Phoenix Equity Partners, the combined business will operate from 90 sites and employ around 2,000 staff.
