A boutique communications consultancy with a mission to make a positive difference has opened in Bath.
Founded by seasoned PR and communications professional Ben Veal MCIPR, Second Mountain Communications will specialise in supporting ethical and purpose-led businesses.
Ben, pictured below, has 15 years’ industry experience, the last seven spent in senior account roles at Bath-based PR agencies, most recently as an associate director at Clearly PR and marketing communications.
He has also worked at Bath PR agencies Highlight and Media Safari, as well as in-house and as a freelance journalist.
During his career Ben has worked on B2B and B2C campaigns for high-profile names across the technology, food and drink, healthcare, property, creative and lifestyle sectors. He is passionate about working alongside CEOs and founders to tell the stories behind their businesses’ roots.
With Second Mountain Communications he is offering content, PR and strategic comms services to a select client base with purpose at their heart.
The agency has been built and established during the months of lockdown, with the pandemic providing the unexpected opportunity for Ben, like so many others, to take time to stop and reflect on what truly matters in life – and to start making positive plans.
He believes that ethical values are more pivotal than ever, and leaders are needed who can guide by an unwavering moral compass can help shape the future.
