Techbenefits, the Bath-based scheme that makes state-of-the-art computer equipment affordable for participating employees, launches this evening with a demonstration in the city.
Delivered and managed online, the scheme represents the cutting edge of employee benefits, enabling business to attract and retain staff through relevant and up-to-the-minute incentives.
Employees, meanwhile, have the opportunity to get state-of-the-art computer equipment on terms unavailable through any other channel.
Techbenefits is a division of Bath-based Apple Authorised Reseller and Apple Authorised Service Provider Farpoint Developments.
This evening’s launch and demonstration is staged at Farpoint’s Walcot Street base.
For participating employers, Techbenefits creates a branded online store offering a wide and constantly updated range of computer equipment. Employees in the scheme can choose items from the store and spread the cost over a two or three year period through monthly deductions from their salary. Employees can also save up to 11% through reduced National Insurance contributions.
Techbenefits provides support and technical assistance for both scheme administrators and employees. A personal shopper is on hand to help employees make the most appropriate choices for their needs.
Brands available through the Techbenefits offering include Apple, Toshiba, HP, Microsoft, BOSE and Samsung.
