Law firm Withy King, which has an office in Bath, has been named as one of as the UK’s Top 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For. It has also been awarded the highly sought after Best Companies’ two-star accreditation.
Inclusion in The Sunday Times table recognises the firm’s outstanding levels of staff engagement and its commitment to creating a positive working environment for its people.
Withy King’s ranking in the Top 100 table will be revealed at an awards ceremony in London on February 27. The table will be published in the Sunday Times on March 2.
The annual report is the most comprehensive analysis of workplace engagement, opinion and satisfaction in the UK. Some 896 organisations took part in the latest version and more than 240,000 employees were surveyed.

Last year Withy King, which employs 270 people, was awarded top marks in seven categories in a survey of trainee solicitors run by Lex 100, the student guide to law. It was ranked second for job satisfaction and quality of work out of student entries from across the UK including global London-based law firms, achieving an average score of 96% in both categories.
