Bath-based change management consultancy Nine Feet Tall has today been named as one of UK’s top workplaces in a prestigious annual survey.
Produced by The Sunday Times, the ‘Best Places to Work’ report recognises organisations that attain consistently high levels of employee experience and wellbeing.
Its findings are measured by surveying organisations’ employees themselves.
The accolade comes as Nine Feet Tall, which specialises in delivering complex change, celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
Founder and CEO Esther McMorris set up the business with an ambition to create a consultancy focussed on employee wellbeing, inclusion and collaboration.
Since its launch it has delivered more than 250 change programmes and helped hundreds of clients improve their performance.
It does this by combining the expertise of its team of consultants and the power of technology to focus on achieving results that make companies and businesses more profitable, agile and competitive.
Esther, pictured, said: “At Nine Feet Tall, we pride ourselves on being people-focussed, internally and externally, by creating a nurturing and inspiring working environment.
“I am so incredibly proud to be recognised on The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list for this. Credit must also go to my exceptional team who have helped make this happen.
“It feels fitting, and also humbling, to celebrate our two decades of business and achievements with this accolade.”
Nine Feet Tall, which also has offices in London and Manchester, specialises in retail and consumer goods, housing, construction, manufacturing, legal and financial services, along with the third sector.
