Accountancy firm Bishop Fleming, which has an office in Bath, has continued to support a major regional tech awards scheme by returning as its headline sponsor.
The firm has been involved with the annual Tech South West Awards since their interception in 2019.
Now the awards, which showcase innovation in technology across the whole region from Cornwall to Wiltshire, has re-appointed Bishop Fleming as its official headline sponsor for the second year running.
Entries for the awards are now open as they return to celebrate and recognise talent, creativity, business success and more within the tech industry.
Bishop Fleming tax partner Pippa Clarke said the firm was delighted to be in partnership with the awards for a fourth year and as headline sponsor for a second year.
“The innovation and growth of the tech sector within the South West is fast-paced, exciting and there is so much to celebrate,” she said.
“We have a team of experts who work closely with many tech businesses, and we are passionate about how we support them.
“We wish all those entering the very best of luck and look forward to celebrating with all on the awards night.”
Tech South West co-founder and director Dan Pritchard added: “We are delighted to have Bishop Fleming return as headline partner of the Tech South West Awards 2022.
“These annual awards are all about showcasing the great ecosystem of collaboration and innovation in the region, and Bishop Fleming has been a key part of every Tech South West Awards event since its inception four years ago.
“We are delighted to be working with them again in 2022 to celebrate the sector and help it to thrive."
The deadline for entries is June 20 and the shortlists for the 24 categories, which range from to fintech, agritech and healthtech to tech for good and tech company of the year, will be announced in September.
Details of the awards ceremony to be announced over the summer.
