Regional law firm Mogers Drewett, which has an office in Bath, has strengthened its residential property team with the appointment of Patrick Brady as business development manager
Patrick, pictured, joins from property agency Savills’ Salisbury office, where he has been director and head of residential sales for just over three years.
He has nearly 20 years’ experience and knowledge of the residential property market across Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire And Hampshire, having also worked with Carter Jonas and Humberts.
Patrick’s recruitment allows Mogers Drewett to develop and enhance the service it offers to estate agents, property professionals and other key referrers across the region.
Patrick, who will be based in the firm’s Sherborne office, will be instrumental in creating new and building on existing partnerships with local agents and increasing the firm’s presence across the South West.
