Commercial property adviser Knight Frank’s South West team has expanded again with the appointment of Alex Cary as a graduate building surveyor.
Alex, pictured, joins the building consultancy department where he will be involved in both professional and project work on a range of commercial properties across the region. 
Head of the department in Knight Frank’s Bristol office, Andrew Burt, said: “Business is very buoyant and we are involved in some very exciting projects across the wider region.
“Alex’s appointment indicates our intention to continue to develop high-quality talent and will allow us to expand and deliver additional services for our clients.”
Alex, who recently qualified in building surveying from the University of Coventry, said: “Knight Frank enjoys a very good reputation and I was keen to join such a well-respected team.”
The Knight Frank building consultancy division is involved at any stage of a building project’s lifecycle with services including surveying, dilapidations, refurbishments, building reinstatement and project management.
