Bath-based internet telephony, broadband and web hosting firm Gradwell Communications has extended more than a decade of awards success by landing a major industry accolade.
It won the Internet Telephony Service Providers Association award for Best Business ITSP (small enterprise), beating five of the UK’s leading internet telecommunication specialists. 
The judges commended Gradwell’s renewed commitment to delivering outstanding levels of service, driving home the value of reliability and exceptional support to create a better experience for its customers.
Gradwell won its first award in 2004, and was also the recipient of the inaugural ITSPA award for Best Small Business Telephony in 2008. The business was founded in 1998 by Dr Peter Gradwell while still a student.
In the 10 years since its first award, Gradwell has expanded its business to more than 20,000 customers, providing reliable business telephony, fibre broadband and cloud services.
The company’s continuous commitment to innovation, excellent service and its customers has paved the way to award winning growth, and this ITSPA award demonstrates Gradwell’s dedication to quality is as strong as ever.
First established in 2004, the ITSPA promotes development and innovation within the VoIP and telecommunications industry by encouraging competition and self-regulation. This year’s ceremony was held at London’s Millbank Tower and was attended by a raft of industry-leading businesses.
