BMT Hi-Q Sigma, the Bath-based specialist management consultancy, has promoted Nicola Adams to the role of business development director.

The firm, a subsidiary of international design, engineering and risk management consultancy BMT Group, provides high-value advice and insight across government, defence, energy and transport industries.
It combines expertise in programme management and systems engineering to bring about organisational transformation and deliver business success for customers.

BMT Hi-Q Sigma managing director Simon Gould said: “Since joining BMT, Nicola has demonstrated her ability to consistently achieve strong, sustainable growth through a combination of relationship management and leading the preparation of major proposals.
“Her credentials therefore made her the perfect candidate and I’m confident that she will continue to drive the business forward and deliver future growth.”
