Bath-based internet marketing and online lead generation company Attinger Jack Interactive (AJi) has continued its strong growth by taking over discount site Whopaysfullprice.com for an undisclosed sum.
AJi, which owns voucher codes website Promocodes.co.uk, said its net profits will go above £1m in the next 12 months as a result of the acquisition.
AJi CEO and Promocodes founder Alex Attinger told The Drum creative industry website: “The takeover of Whopaysfullprice puts us in a unique position.
“Our large database allows us to begin mailing deals to an extended register of users from day one. The deal will also allow us to increase our penetration on Facebook, which is a key marketing channel to reach our primary target audience.
“In addition to reaching more consumers on Facebook, by using this channel, the amount of retailers we are able to represent across both sites will also increase.
“It’s these sorts of complementary acquisitions we’ve been looking to complete since I launched Promocodes and will continue to seek to expand our service offering.”
London-based Whopaysfullprice.com will move to new offices near Tower Bridge.
