Creative firms in Bath are invited to question the city’s aspirant MPs on how they would help the high-growth sector if they are elected in May’s General Election.
Staged by Creative Bath, the network for the city’s highly-successful creative, tech and cultural community, the unique Question Time-style event takes place at the Museum of Bath at Work from 6pm next Thursday (January 22).
The prospective Parliamentary candidates from the Conservatives, Greens, Labour, LibDem and UKIP will take the stage to explain what their party would do for the local creative sector.
Each candidate will have two minutes to explain their party’s position before the event is thrown open to audience questions.
Creative Bath said: “We want to know what our new MP will do to help this vital sector. As a key area of employment – and employment growth – Bath needs an MP who gets what we do.”
