Bath-based Chase de Vere, the national firm of Independent Financial Advisers, has appointed Samuel Mayes as a senior technical adviser.
Samuel is a Chartered Financial Planner and has also achieved Fellowship of the CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) – regarded as the premier qualification for those in the financial advice industry.
He has a track record of advising private banking and high net worth clients, most recently as a client portfolio planner at NatWest Private Bank. Samuel also has extensive experience in tutoring advisers to pass professional qualifications, predominantly UK financial services investment and tax exams, and is actively involved in writing examination questions and study material.
In his new role, he will join the research team at Chase de Vere in Bath, providing technical guidance and support to its 180 advisers in Bath and throughout the UK.
