An independent financial adviser based in Chase de Vere’s Bath office has been shortlisted for a newly launched national award.
Rachel Sartin, pictured, is competing in the South West and Wales Financial Adviser of the Year category at the inaugural Women in Financial Advice Awards.
The prestigious awards, run in association with Professional Adviser magazine, celebrate the achievements of women working in the financial advice community as well as the broader financial services sector in the UK.
Rachel joined national independent financial advisory firm Chase de Vere in 2006 following a career in project management.
A qualified Chartered Financial Planner, she provides financial advice on investments, pensions, Inheritance Tax planning and long-term care, mainly focusing on medical professionals.
She was selected by FT Advisers as one of the Top 25 female advisers in the UK in 2015 and named Best Wealth Management Consultant in Somerset at the Women in Wealth Awards 2016.
The Women in Financial Advice Awards winners will be announced on October 10 at a ceremony at the Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel in London.
Chase de Vere chief executive Stephen Kavanagh said: “This is a well-deserved recognition for Rachel. She is a fantastic independent financial adviser and one of many talented female advisers we employ in Bath and throughout the UK.”
Chase de Vere, which is backed by Swiss Life, provides independent financial advice and planning services for private individuals and businesses across a network of 16 UK offices.
