Two prominent retail units in Chippenham town centre are being marketed by property consultants Alder King.
The properties at 7 and 8 New Road provide mid-terrace ground floor accommodation in a busy central location and are available to let on new leases.
Unit 8, occupied by Bridge Brasserie, has a 474 sq ft (44 sq m) bar and seating area at the front with 399 sq ft (37.12 sq m) of kitchen, ancillary areas and storage space at the rear.
It has proved a very successful pitch for the brasserie, which is relocating to larger premises in the town.
Unit 7, which has 320 sq ft (30 sq m) of sales space with 78 sq ft (7.26 sq m) of ancillary area, is trading as a delicatessen. However, it has previously been used by an estate agency practice.
Alison Williams, associate at Alder King’s Swindon office, said: “These properties sit opposite the Brunel public house and at the heart of a busy location popular with a variety of restaurant and food-related businesses.
“There is a high volume of passing traffic and strong pedestrian footfall and the pitch is within easy walking distance of the railway station.
“The premises are available individually or could be joined together to provide an impressive double shop frontage for an incoming restaurateur, estate agency practice or retail operator.” The properties are available on flexible terms to be agreed.
