Bath-based business IT support specialist Systemagic has achieved two more industry standards to add to its credentials.
The firm has been awarded quality standard IS09001 to add to its status as a Bath and North East Somerset Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence’ company.
It is also now accredited as a Microsoft Cloud Partner and is busy helping companies in and around Bath understand cloud computing and how it might benefit their business.
Systemagic was founded in 1998 to provide specialist business IT support to small and medium-sized enterprises and now boasts a range of services from business IT support contracts and cloud computing to outsourced helpdesk services and hardware and software procurement. Its clients range from the Museum of East Asian Art to Bath’s Norland College for nannies.
Managing director James Eades said: “The two new accreditations underline our passion for customer service and consistent service quality. As a small-to-medium enterprise ourselves we understand the need for similar businesses to get really tailored support and flexibility and not get lost among the big customers.
“We underwent a rigorous examination of both our internal and external processes for the IS09001 standard which looked at everything from responsiveness to the ongoing professional development of the team.”
