National property consultancy Carter Jonas has appointed Clare Winnett, a senior associate in its Bath office, to its commercial board as part of its national growth strategy Vision 2020.
Clare, pictured, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a practising arbitrator and independent expert, joined Carter Jonas in 2009. 
With Alexandra Houghton from the firm’s London headquarters, Clare joins the four existing commercial board members to complete Carter Jonas’ commercial hubs coverage representing London, Bath, Cambridge, Leeds and Oxford.
Commercial partner and head of the Bath office Philip Marshall said: “In Clare we have a very committed, technically experienced and dynamic individual. Her enthusiasm and drive will no doubt play a huge part in the commercial board and our future direction as we continue implementing Vision 2020.”
Carter Jonas, whose services span all parts of the property market, has 35 offices across England and Wales, employing more than 700 partners and staff.
