Bath’s HR professionals will be able to hear from a leading expert based in the city on how they can change their workplace culture to meet the new, post-pandemic environment at a webinar next week.
The event, the latest staged by Bath HR Network, the group dedicated to collaborative HR knowledge and expertise among employers in the city, will hear from Tiggy Robinson of Bath consultancy Nine Feet Tall.
An expert change manager and a cultural change specialist, Tiggy is a partner at Nine Feet Tall with more than 15 years’ experience and has delivered complex change projects for UK and global organisations including Rotork, Deutsche Bank and Clarks.
Nine Feet Tall recently conducted research and published a guide on the future of work, looking at the challenges and opportunities created by the pandemic-led restrictions and the change to remote working.
Tiggy said: “Moving to remote working is not as simple as recreating your office day at home.
“There are many factors at play and understanding the full impact of a move away from the office is culturally significant for every organisation.”
During the webinar she will address:
- Why is it necessary to review your organisation’s culture?
- Getting the right people on board before you begin
- How can you successfully engage teams in this discussion?
- What are the practical elements to consider?
- What is HR’s role in this work?
The event, at 10am on Thursday March 17, is the latest in a series of virtual coffee mornings staged by Bath HR Network throughout lockdown to share ideas, experiences and new practices.
Attendees will be invited to join in a Q&A session following Tiggy’s presentation. Questions can be submitted in advance to tiggyr@ninefeettall.com. To register for the event, click here
