The impact of Brexit on the property market will be explored by a panel of experts at a high-profile event in Bath next week.
Called Optimising Opportunities, the event is being staged by law firm Mogers Drewett, Barclays Premier, accountants Milsted Langdon and property agents Knight Frank October 9.
The panel will discuss the likely effect of Brexit on interest rate rises, what will happen to house prices once the UK leaves the EU and why, as well as the need for efficient tax planning for property portfolios and whether the homebuying consultation will change the conveyancing process.,
Taking part will be Mogers Drewett partner Alison Treble, Barclays Premier market leader Andrew Larcome, Knight Frank partner Charlie Taylor and Rachael Verinder, partner at Milsted Langdon. The panel will be chaired by Samantha Milton, editor of Bristol Property Live.
The event runs from 6pm to 8pm at Dick Lovett BMW on Lower Bristol Road. The panel discussion, which is due to finish at 7.30pm, will be followed by networking and canapes.
