Law firm Goughs Solicitors and financial advice business Fidelius Group are to stage an employment masterclass in Bath to help businesses in the city find answers to common workplace issues.
Staged on 10 June at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, the event will give practical advice that will make a real difference to firms’ employees while also ensuring they are fully compliant.
The masterclass, which takes place from 8:45am and 11:45am, will be headed by Rebecca Dennis, partner & head of employment at Goughs Solicitors and Steph Culpin, corporate financial planner from Fidelius Group, who will guide attendees through the employee relations and benefits minefield.
All those attending Recruit, Retain, Reward, will be tasked with taking away three key strategies to implement into their business following the event.
They will then be invited to a follow-up online meeting on the afternoon of Friday 14 June to discuss how the masterclass has already led to positive change in their workplace.
