National law firm Stone King has appointed Amanda Loran as director of finance based in its Bath office. She has responsibility for all aspects of its financial management, including supporting its national growth.
Amanda, pictured, joins from the Bristol head office of Veale Wasbrough Vizards, where she was also director of finance for five years.
In total Amanda has been reporting to board level within the legal and financial services sector for 20 years and has extensive expertise in implementing robust financial management strategies, process improvement and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
As an ACCA-qualified accountant, Amanda’s previous roles include head of finance for Clarke Willmott, the national law firm, in its Bristol office, financial controller at Capita Legal Services in London, and head of finance at Thring Townsend Lee & Pembertons (now Thrings) in Bath.
