Commercial property adviser Bilfinger GVA has made four promotions in its South West office as it looks to strengthen its client-facing teams during a period of sustained growth.
Tim Scruton, who heads the regional building team, becomes senior director while James Craven, a specialist in PRS (private rented sector) is promoted to director within the land and development team.
Sian Jones is promoted to senior surveyor in the building team and Richard Maden, who works in valuation, becomes an associate.
Bristol-based Bilfinger GVA regional senior director Jo Davis said: “We have a fantastic business that is echoed in our market standing, our trading performance and above all, our people.
“The talent we attract continues to be amongst the very best in our industry, and so it is pivotal we continue to invest in the people that we believe can help achieve our ambition for our business as it enters a new era.
“Our multidisciplinary, advisory-led business platform differentiates us from our closest and largest competitors, so we must leverage that point of difference. Empowering our existing talent is a key part of that process.”
She said Bilfinger GVA was increasingly identifying opportunities to offer clients an ‘inception to delivery’ advisory offer.
“Strategy to construction, to transaction to management advice for our clients is an approach we believe we can lead the market on, and the breadth of service lines that we have strengthened through promotion is testament to that objective,” she said.
