Aspiring entrepreneurs in Keynsham will be able to benefit from expert business advice at a free workshop in the town later this month.
The Starting in Business workshop on April 21 is being staged by business growth consultancy Cool Ventures and Bath and North East Somerset Council.
The interactive evening session – in Keynsham Civic Centre between 6pm and 9pm – will explain the basics of running a business and what it means to work for yourself. 
The workshop will be run by an experienced business adviser from Cool Ventures, which advises start-ups and more established businesses looking to grow and secure funding.
Cool Ventures director Roger Wilkins, pictured, said: “If you have ever dreamed of running your own business, then this workshop will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to help make it a success.
“Our Starting in Business workshops are run at venues across Bath and North East Somerset but this is the first one we have held in Keynsham. So we expect demand for places will be high and would advise people to register their interest as soon as possible.”
