The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) will by sponsoring the food hall at the Royal Bath & West Show (June 1-4) for the first time this year, helping to showcase and support the region’s incredible range of local food suppliers in Somerset and the South West.
The FSB is proud to lend its support to small businesses who are the backbone of our economy. Some of our 7,500 members in Somerset and Wiltshire will be exhibiting at the Show, offering a diverse range of products and services, and hoping to win awards and orders.
This sponsorship is part of the FSB’s Keep Trade Local campaign which encourages us all to make more of our local products and services and defend the choice and diversity that customers deserve.
Ian Dyer, Somerset and Wiltshire chairman, Federation of Small Businesses, said: ”The Bath & West Show is a celebration of our local communities and all that they have to offer. We have exhibited at the show for many years, but this year the FSB is delighted to be sponsoring the food hall and helping our small and growing businesses showcase all that they have to offer.
“We want to ensure a viable future, for independent shops and businesses on and off the high streets in the south west, in our cities, towns and rural communities.
“We would like to invite businesses and potential business owners to come and meet us at the show to talk frankly about the issues that affect them, and to learn about how the FSB can help support and represent these concerns.”
