Marine survey specialist GEMS has sealed a five-year agreement to take over the ground floor of Royal Mead, an office block opposite Bath Spa railway station. The deal, brokered by Colliers International, includes 6,852 sq ft of refurbished space together with nine secure car parking spaces

GEMS (Geotechnical Engineering and Marine Surveys) provides geotechnical, geophysical, survey and metocean services around the world.

James Preece at Colliers said: “This is a superb location in the heart of Bath offering flexible, open-plan accommodation within a building that benefits from a full height atrium reception area. The fact the offices include car parking provision, secure bicycle storage and easy access to the mainline railway station makes the building an even more attractive proposition.”
