Three trainees at law firm Goughs – Casey Gilroy, Hannah Conway and Harriet Pestille – have qualified to become solicitors.
Hannah will be joining the firm’s nationally accredited family law team in its Corsham base along with Casey, who will bolster the office’s private client team. Meanwhile Harriet joins the residential property team at the firm’s Devizes office.
Goughs partner and head of the family department Tom Boyce said: “I am delighted to be welcoming Hannah to the family team and look forward to working with her in the development of her career.
“Testament must be paid to Casey, Hannah and Harriet on their hard work and dedication in having reached this milestone.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the wider Goughs team who have, and will continue to, mentor and coach them all as they begin their careers.”
Hannah, pictured, right, added: “I love working in family law because every family, and therefore client situation, is different.
“I take the time to understand their needs and requirements to ensure I give them what they really need.
“The work is always interesting and there is nothing better than seeing the difference you have directly made to someone’s life.”
Casey, pictured, left, said she was thrilled to be moving into the next stage of her career with Goughs.
“My work in the private client department is varied and engaging and I love that no two days are the same,” she added.
“There are a great range of opportunities to get involved with within the firm and I am proud to be part of such a friendly and supportive team that goes above and beyond for their clients, which is the type of lawyer I aspire to be.”
Harriet, pictured, centre, said she enjoyed working in residential property as she could support clients at different stages of their lives.
“Whether they are first-time buyers, are looking to purchase a dream home, or are buying for investment, there’s a huge reward in helping them to reach their goals. Each day is varied and no two matters are the same,” she added.
