Bath accountancy firm Richardson Swift is expanding its senior team as demand for its specialist business support and tax services grows.
Debbie Boulton joins as director of business services having previously held similar posts at Bishop Fleming and Target Accountants in the city.
Debbie has great experience advising business owners on their growth strategies and providing expert financial advice. She will be responsible for developing the firm's cloud accounting services and helping businesses improve their efficiency and financial reporting.
She said: "I'm thrilled to be joining a company that provides a more personal service to clients but which also offers the range of expert accountancy advice found in larger firms."
Richardson Swift tax director Jon Miles has also been made an equity partner and co-owner of the business. Jon, who manages the firm's personal and corporate tax teams, specialises in helping firms and business owners structure their affairs in a tax efficient manner.
