Property consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its Bath team with the appointment of valuation expert Richard Clark.
Richard, pictured, has joined as director in the valuation advisory team after a 13-year stint at rival DTZ in Bristol providing commercial and residential valuation advice.
He specialises in the provision of valuation advice to banks and financial institutions for secured lending purposes and is a Fellow of NARA (Non-Administrative Receiver Association).
As well as enhancing Jones Lang LaSalle’s existing valuation offer, he will be working with the firm’s London-based real estate workout team to provide recovery services in Bath and across the South West, providing strategic asset management advice to lenders on indebted property assets.
Lead director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Bath office Mike McElhinney said: “Richard is a welcome addition to the valuation advisory team, where he’ll be helping to maintain and develop Jones Lang LaSalle’s profile in the market.
“He is highly experienced in his field and has an impressive track record that will undoubtedly bring valuable insight and expertise to his team and the wider region.”
