Keynsham-based estate agency chain Andrews has won three golds and a silver at the prestigious Lettings Agency of the Year Awards.
The firm, which has offices throughout the south of England, struck gold in the Property Manager of the Year category with the award going to Kate Randall. Already managing a portfolio of nearly 250 properties for a corporate landlord, 21-year-old Kate demonstrated in her awards submission the commitment and determination to succeed.
Andrews’ other golds were for innovation – in recognition of the launch of the Andrews Investor Club, which is headed by a personal residential property investment manager who supports 100 active clients – and social media – which is now an integral part of the business.
Andrews’ social media policy is completely inclusive and every member of the team is encouraged to get involved.
The silver award, achieved in the large lettings agency of the year category, reflected the company’s founding values of service, integrity and performance
The awards are the only ones focused solely on the lettings industry in the UK and are rigorously judged by a panel overseen by the Property Ombudsman Christopher Hamer and chairman of the National Federation of Property Professionals Mark Hayward.
Andrews chief executive Michael Robson said: “We’re thrilled to have once again been rewarded and recognised as one of the best in the industry – not least all of because the competition includes all of the industry giants.”
