Luxury hotel Ston Easton Park is launching a series of breakfast events for business leaders and owners to gather and exchange ideas, starting with an invitation to Meet the Press.
Speaking at the event on February 9 will be Robert Buckland, editor of Bath Business News and its sister titles Bristol Business News and Swindon Business News, and Philip Welch, editor of Mid Somerset News & Media.
The discussion will centre on today’s fast-moving media world, looking at areas such as what makes a newsworthy story, why some press releases are used and others aren’t, and how to get the attention of the media to benefit your business.
The informal breakfast discussion, between 7.15am and 10am, kicks off a series of similar events over the coming months looking at various aspects of business with a view to inspiring growth in difficult economic times.
Staged in stunning Ston Easton Park, a Palladian mansion turned four-star hotel in the Mendip Hills, the gatherings will feature top-name speakers who will share their expertise with attendees.
Places are £15 including breakfast of choice. To book, phone 01761 241631, email linda.williams@vonessenhotels.com or visit www.stoneaston.co.uk for further details.
