Two new partners have been taken on by specialist construction consulting firm Voloco as it further expands its services.
Lisa Walters joins as the firm’s first dedicated graphic designer, broadening its offering to enhance bid submission for clients, while experienced quantity surveyor Richard Denoon brings 30 years’ experience to the fast-growing business.
Voloco, which last year moved to larger offices in Marshfield from its previous serviced accommodation at Aztec West, near Bristol, provides bespoke flexible and responsive services such as quantity surveying, bid management, design management, planning and programming to the construction industry.
It works nationally with a range of blue-chip clients including ISG, Integral, Hexagon Construction, BECT and Brookes Property.
Having doubled its workforce to eight last year and achieved annual sales growth of 80%, it is now looking for further expansion with its latest appointments.
Lisa, pictured, who qualified more 10 years ago, has worked for Clevedon-based creative agency Harley’s Global and RTH, the Yate-based exhibition and event design firm, as well as freelancing for a range of firms.
Richard, pictured, joins from Swindon Interiors, the cinema and auditorium fit-out firm, where he had been a partner since 2015. He has also worked for industry heavyweights Lancer Scott, Britannia Construction and Vinci.
His career has spanned general contracting, residential, civil and retail with an emphasis on professional cost control and commercial and contractual cost advice.

“I was keen to broaden our depth and strength across the company and take advantage of years of experience across different disciplines.
“We’ve seen an increase in demand for graphics support with bid submissions, which is where Lisa will come into her own.
