IT support firm Systemagic has appointed Harriet Brooks as operations manager as it maintains the strong growth it achieved in 2017.
Harriet, pictured, joins the Bradford on Avon-based firm with more than six years’ experience managing support teams.
She arrives from Dyson’s Malmesbury head office, where she led its IT services desk team. She has also worked for Chippenham cloud computing, data centre and IT managed services firm Vysiion.
In her role at Systemagic – one of two new jobs created at the firm so far this year – she will manage the busy helpdesk and field technicians as well as ensuring clients receive a consistently excellent service.
Systemagic managing director James Eades said: “Harriet’s role is really important in setting us up for continued growth in 2018. I’m delighted that she brings so much experience to the team.”
Systemagic employs 14 people providing IT support, cloud computing and connectivity solutions to customers including Norland College, Bath’s RUH hospital, Halsall Construction and Bath Cats & Dogs Home.
