Bath law firm Mowbray Woodwards has launched a new brand identity and advertising campaign with the strapline ‘Life and Law since 1946’ to mark its 70th anniversary.
The message not only highlights the firm’s history but also reflects the expert personal and business legal services it provides to clients throughout all of life’s changes.
When the firm opened its doors in Queen Square for the first time in 1946 Britain was still recovering from World War II the previous year, with all its hardships.
Some 70 years on, the firm is one of the oldest, most well-established law firms in the region – and still works out of the same office.
Its founding principles of providing an excellent personal service to all its clients remain in place and it prides itself on taking the time to really get to know clients and understand their specific needs to get the most successful outcomes for them.
It is planning a major birthday celebration later in the year to marks seven decades of helping people and businesses in Bath and the surrounding areas with their legal affairs.
But in the meantime it is reinforces its commitment to excellence through the new branding, which was created by Bristol agency Hive.
Managing partner Tracey Smith said: “2016 is an exciting year for us marking 70 years in the heart of Bath, proudly serving people’s legal needs – whether they are personal or business-related.
“Our clients are our key focus and they benefit from direct contact with our exceptional, forward-thinking, local legal experts who never rest on their laurels. We’re proud to be located in the heart of the Bath community and have always actively supported local charities and events.
“Preparations are well underway for our 70th anniversary celebrations later this year – so watch this space.”
Staff celebrated the firm’s 70th anniversary at a recent team ‘away day’ where they tucked into a special cake, pictured above, baked by the Bath Cake Company.
