Bath-based Mogers has been awarded the title of Law Firm of the Year in the prestigious LawNet Awards 2013.
The firm received the accolade for demonstrating overall excellence and significant progress over the past 12 months as part of its wider business strategy.
Managing partner Steven Treharne, who is celebrating 20 years at the firm, collected the trophy at the recent LawNet annual conference dinner.
The award comes just weeks after five Mogers lawyers were named as leaders in their field in the legal ‘bible’ Chambers UK 2014 Guide and after two of its team featured in the Legal 500 UK; another prestigious guide to the country’s top lawyers.
Mr Treharne said: “This is the culmination of a fabulous year for us at Mogers. I am delighted and proud of everyone in the team whose hard work has enabled us to be recognised in this way.
“We strive to make our clients’ lives as easy as possible and this award shows the belief that our clients have in our service and its delivery.
“To receive prestigious recognition such as this three times in a matter of weeks is a reflection of the ethos behind the firm and the dedication of all who are here.
“Providing user-friendly professional service to clients is key to our business and we recognise the importance of building relationships. It is their testimonials on the work we do which provides the evidence of our commitment.”
The firm is active in the community and has raised thousands of pounds for local causes as well as giving time to initiatives such as The Bath Bid and The Guild, the city’s first co-working business hub which helps start-ups get established.
