Commercial property consultant Knight Frank has expanded its property asset management department in the South West to meet growing demand across the region.
Jo Crofts, pictured, formerly an associate in the office agency, has joined the team, which manages key industrial, office and retail buildings in an area covdering Bath and stretching from Swindon to Taunton, on behalf of landlords.
David ‘Dai’ Williams, who heads the department, based in Knight Frank's Bristol office, said: “As the impact of the recession begins to ease there is a growing demand for skilled professional management of commercial property in the region. This expansion of our team will enable us to satisfy this increased requirement.”
Knight Frank’s property asset management department provides a range of management services for landlords, including managing rents and arrears, service charges, facilities management and tenant liaison.
Knight Frank has invested heavily in specialist OpenView computer systems to enable commercial property owners to see all aspects of their buildings’ property and financial performance at the click of a button.
Nationally, Knight Frank’s property asset management services team manages more than 42m sq ft of commercial property worth £8bn.
