“Both Fiona and Carol will be working on new business systems and online presence to strengthen the existing operations. With our diverse product offer, from ordering a skip and waste collection through to major infrastructure projects, we aim to ensure that working with us is professional, straightforward and friendly.
“Mike and Craig will support the increased activity at our civil engineering division following a number of major wins.”
“Terry will assist to develop the training arm of the business initially for our employees but also to offer training to our subcontractors and local construction companies.”
M J Church, which was established in 1974, operates from three main sites – its head office at Star Farm, Marshfield, is also the hub for plant and transport; waste management is operated from a recently-acquired site on the A420 while civil engineering main contracting is operated from new offices on Salterford Lane, Chippenham.
The company, which employs more than 400 people, also operates a growing number of waste transfer stations across the region supporting the growing demand for efficient and sustainable management of waste.
