Bath law firm Mowbray Woodwards has made a key appointment in its commercial law team.
Janette Woodland, pictured, joins as associate and head of commercial property. She brings a wealth of experience to the firm having practiced for more than 30 years in the South West, including as director and head of property at Davey Law in Cirencester, Burges Salmon in Bristol and Withy King (now Royds Withy King) in Bath.
Specialising in commercial property, Janette offers advice on a wide range of issues including acquisitions and disposals, commercial and mixed-use developments, landlord and tenant transactions, property investment matters and secured lending.
