The five-star Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa near Bath has made two additions to its senior leadership team.
Nicola Payne, pictured, left, who boasts 12 years’ experience in the travel and hospitality industry, joins as head of sales and events, while Francesca Mannone, pictured, right, who has worked in Belgium, Germany, Italy and the UK, has become head of marketing.
The privately owned, luxury 42-bedroom hotel, pictured below, which sits on a 500-acre estate at Colerne, is a member of Relais & Châteaux, the exclusive collection of 500-plus of the finest hotels and gourmet hotels across the world.
Nicola previously spent five years as marketing manager at Expedia Group, the US travel technology company that owns travel groups such as Expedia.com, Hotels.com and Vrbo.
In her new role at Luckham Park she will oversee its entire sales and events team, implement strategic planning and launch new offerings while maintaining the highest level of guest experience.

“My passion for travel and dedication to creating exceptional guest experiences perfectly align with the ethos of this extraordinary property.
“After 12 years of experience in the travel industry, I am excited to leverage my knowledge and collaborate with the talented sales and events team, to elevate sales strategies and exceed the expectations of our luxury guests.”
Francesca brings a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality. She gained strong operational skills working for the international NH Hotel Group as conference and banqueting manager, before becoming sales and event manager at Kempinski Hotels, where she oversaw the UK, France, Italy Belgium and US markets.
She said: “I am humbled and excited to start my new role at Lucknam Park as head of marketing. It is without doubt one of the best country house hotels in the UK at present and I am looking forward to working alongside the fantastic team.
