Bath-based property management firm Touchstone has promoted three members of its expanding team to director.
In their new roles, James Perrett and Ben Beadle will lead operational activity across the firm’s entire business, while Dane Matthews will oversee the continued growth of contracts for its clients, including Dolphin Living and The Wellcome Trust.
Rachel Simms has become associate director, responsible for Touchstone’s regional PRS (private rented sector) portfolios.
The promotions take place following rapid growth at the business, which has taken on a number of new clients over the past year across its full range of management services. The firm has met its own ambitious growth target of 15% growth and now has a turnover of around £10m.
James Perrett new role as operations director – specialist markets means he is now responsible for key areas of the business including agent solutions and lender services. Ben Beadle is now operations director – PRS with responsibility for Touchstone’s PRS and build-to-rent operations.
