Barclays has announced the appointment of Leanne Iles as manager at Milsom Street, Bath, branch.
Leanne joined Barclays in 2001 in the Cambridgeshire area and most recently worked as a branch manager for Barclays at Ringwood in Dorset. She will be responsible for a team of 38 people across four branches including the University of Bath, Combe Down and Manvers Street.
Leanne, who was educated in Wiltshire, is looking forward to the new challenge and being closer to her family, said: “This is a great opportunity for me to work alongside a dedicated team which prides itself on delivering the high standards of service our customers expect and deserve.”
Customers are invited to meet Leanne this Friday when Barclays branches across the South West will be taking part in The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. A raffle with Bath Rugby tickets and other goodies will form part of the fundraiser.
Leanne added: “Macmillan Cancer Support serves many people in local communities and is such a worthy cause, please come along to Milsom Steet branch and have a coffee with me and meet some of my team while raising much-needed funds in support of this great charity.”
