National specialist recruitment firm FD Recruit has appointed Nigel Banks to head the business in the South West
Nigel Banks, pictured, a senior financial recruitment specialist with over 18 year’s industry experience, is responsible for further developing FD Recruit’s successful South West and South Wales operation. 
The firm specialises in finance director and chief financial officer appointments.
Nigel Banks’ previous experience includes a long spell at a national recruitment firm Robert Half before moving to a national search firm Reed, where he specialised in recruiting senior finance professionals for large corporates and many of the region’s SME businesses.
More recently he has been running his own business and has teamed up with FD Recruit to leverage the benefits of a combined approach.
FD Recruit managing director Phil Scott said: “The South West and South Wales are important areas for our business and I see a lot of potential for further growth in these markets.
“Nigel brings with him a wealth of specialist senior financial recruitment knowledge and local market knowledge which I know will benefit our clients and candidates in the area.”
Nigel will be based in FE Recruit’s regional office in Bristol.
