Mark Whiteling is to stand down as a non-executive director of Bath-based international media group Future with effect from November 30 to take up a role as non-executive director at global travel business Hogg Robinson.
Mark, pictured, has been a non-executive director at Future for just over four years and has chaired its audit committee since February 2011.
Manjit Wolstenholme, senior independent non-executive director at Future and chairman of its remuneration committee, will assume the role of chairman of the audit committee from December 1.
Future chairman Peter Allen said: “We thank Mark for the tremendous contribution he has made to Future since he joined the board in 2010.”
