Bath law firm Mowbray Woodwards has appointed Kate Jackson as partner and deputy head of its residential property team.
Kate joined the firm in January last year, bringing more than 18 years’ experience as a residential property solicitor. She specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing including assents of property and matrimonial transfers. Kate also has a particular expertise in leasehold property transactions.
Mowbray Woodwards’ head of residential property Robin Philips said: “Since Kate joined us she has been fully focused on driving the department forward, particularly in relation to the firm’s recent award of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme Mark.”
