Bath law firm Mogers Drewett has further strengthened its specialist dispute resolution team with the promotion of Maeve England to partner.
Maeve, pictured, joined what was then Mogers as a trainee in 2005 and has made a significant contribution to the firm over the past nine years. As head of the dispute resolution department, she specialises in commercial property and real estate disputes as well as construction disputes.
Mogers merged with Dorset and Somerset firm Dyne Drewett in May to become Mogers Drewett. The combined firm has just over 100 staff and 15 partners based in its offices in Bath, Wells and Sherborne.
Maeve said: “It has been a really busy and exciting time to be a part of the firm this year. Now that we have an expanded team our capability has grown and we are rapidly increasing our footprint across the South West region.”
Mogers Drewett managing partner Steven Treharne said: “Maeve has established an excellent reputation with our clients and particularly in the construction sector where disputes can be long term and difficult to resolve.
“Her pragmatic approach to problem solving as well as excellent understanding of the legal technicalities helps ensure even particularly intricate cases are satisfactorily resolved.”
