Bath-based law firm Mowbray Woodwards has promoted Daniela Nickols, its Solicitor of the Year for 2015, to partner.
Daniela, pictured, joined the firm in 2013 as an associate solicitor in the family law team and quickly proved herself to be an outstanding legal practitioner. 
She specialises in public law proceedings representing children directly or through their guardians.
Daniela also has in-depth experience acting for teenagers directly, including young people being cared for in secure units and representing children though their guardians in complex private law proceedings.
She is accredited by the Law Society as a child representative and is Resolution-accredited specialist in adoption and private law proceedings. Resolution is the national organisation of family lawyers committed to non-confrontational divorce, separation and other family problems.
Daniela is a member of the Wiltshire Family Justice Board has contributed to local strategy in relation to family justice and has also contributed on a national level sitting on Resolution’s children committee.
Legal ‘bible’ Chambers UK 2014 acknowledged her knowledge and dedication to providing the best possible service to its clients, citing “She is commended for her great intellect and strong commitment to cases”.
