1pm, the Bath-based specialist lender, has promoted Joe Ralphs to the new post of head of soft asset broker.
Joe, pictured, steps up to the position having gained more than 12 years’ industry experience in the 1pm Group.
He worked his way up through the ranks by gaining experience as an underwriter and then operations manager before successfully taking on a role that would see him manage broker relations within the organisation.
During his career at 1pm he has gained a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and supporting their clients with asset-based funding solutions.
He now takes responsibility for managing the new business operation while continuing to develop the panel of brokers across 1pm’s soft asset division.
1pm provides access to a multi-product range of business finance packages for small and medium-sized firms, from asset finance, invoice finance, commercial loans through to vehicle finance.
It is accredited to take part in the government scheme to help firms trade through the coronavirus pandemic.
