Property: Bath offices sold in £1.6m deal

Two Bath office buildings have been acquired by commercial agents Knight Frank for £1.6m on behalf of Bedfordshire-based property investment firm Kindale.

The freehold buildings, Charter House and Hanover House on Lower Bristol Road, have combined space of 14,118 sq ft and are occupied by accountants Baker Tilly and property management firm Eagle One.

They were bought from CBRE Investors. The buildings have an annual rental of £237,520 – equivalent to £17 per sq ft.
