The last vacant unit at Trowbridge’s Doric Business Centre is being marketed as an ideal base for a trade counter business.
The 12-unit development, behind Islington Motors on Canal Road, is already home to mainly trade counter businesses and Colin Scragg of commercial agents Carter Jonas believes the remaining unit will fit the bill for an occupier.
Carter Jonas has been the preferred agent for the site since it was built and has let units to trade businesses including PTS Plumbing Services, Dimensions Tiles & Bathrooms, Wessex Hydraulic Services and Ace Hairdressing Supplies. The latest firm to move in was Eurocell, selling PVC-U window, door, conservatory and roofing products.
Mr Scragg said: “Interest in the properties was brisk from the outset and a steady flow of firms have moved in, some of them new arrivals in Trowbridge.
“Being part of one of the town’s main commercial centres means the units are easily accessible to passing business or trade customers and ample parking is also a big plus for the site.”
