National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has boosted its West of England senior property management team with the appointment of associate director Kevin Mills.
Kevin, pictured, will be responsible for managing estates held by clients including Mayfair Capital, Canal and River Trust, Courts Nominee/Cumbrian Pension Fund, Land Securities Trillium and Nottinghamshire County Council Pension Fund.
He joins LSH from St Modwen Properties in Avonmouth, where he was a property manager for its South West and South Wales region, responsible for services including portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, lease surrender and remediation activities.
Kevin said: “I’m looking forward to being part of a successful, focused team and having input into the growth of the property and asset management department in the South West. The portfolios are interesting, and I was keen to work for an established national firm that is clearly growing at a dynamic pace.”
He will be based in LSH’s Bristol office.
Head of office Peter Musgrove added: “I am delighted to welcome Kevin to our South West team and he joins us at an exciting time of growth and expansion across the region. I have no doubt that Kevin’s significant property asset management experience will be invaluable as we continue to enhance client service levels, develop relationships and explore new areas of opportunity.”
