Nine Feet Tall, the Bath-based change management consultancy, has become the latest member of the Rugby Players’ Association (RPA) Business Club.
As part of the agreement, the firm, which specialises in sustainable business transformation, will sponsor the Nine Feet Tall Personal Development Programme (PDP) Award at the 2016 RPA Players’ Awards.
It will also play a key role in the PDP by delivering seminars to RPA members and helping them prepare for their post-rugby careers.
The RPA looks after the collective welfare interests of its 650 male and female members in England as well as more than 380 former players.
Nine Feet Tall managing director Huw Jones said: “The RPA are great at supporting professional players’ personal development for life after rugby, which fits very well with our work to deliver complex projects for clients and build their internal capability.
“We are excited to continue working together with the RPA and to support the 2016 awards.”
RPA Rugby director Richard Bryan added: “Nine Feet Tall have been closely associated with the RPA for a number of years and have played a key role in our Personal Development Programme. I’m delighted to see them come on board as an RPA Business Club member and as sponsors of the Nine Feet Tall Personal Development Programme Award.”
Two years ago Nine Feet Tall was appointed Bath Rugby’s official business training partner to develop business training for team leaders to enhance the matchday experience at the Rec.
The 2016 RPA Players’ Awards place on May 11 at Battersea Evolution, London.
